Luke’s family has to sell the hogs. The hogs are their main source of income. Predict what you think the family will do in order to recover this income. In other words, how is the family going to get more money?

Luke’s family has to sell the hogs because of the government. I feel like they might need to make a bigger garden to get more income. Also they will need to get better crops and they will plant them. I predict that they will do what I suggested.
I predict that the Garner will do this to get there money back. First maybe father might get a job. Mother might work more around the farm. That the Garners might sale there wheat. These are may guess.
I believe that the Garner family should grow some crops for the food.
Then if they do that they could sell some of the crops or food.
Matthew or Mark should get a little job to pay for some of the cost.
Father should get a big job where he works lots.
Luke could be able to stay home alone for a little bit and while Mark and Matthew are at work mother could care for the crops.
The Garners have lost their hogs. So i think that they will have to grow more crops that they can get more money off of. I also think that they will have to have the boys [not Luke though] work more. Also they will have to have mother go to work in town. I also think that they will not buy nice clothes. And gourmet food at the store.
Luke’s family has to sell the hogs for money but the government is taking them away. So they will probably have to find better crops to sell. I predict that they will plant more crops so it kinda equals to the hogs price. They would starve if they don’t have enough money for food.
I think the Garners will make money by the dad helping clear the forest. They can also make money by Matthew and Mark getting jobs in the city. They could also grow new crops to eat or to sell them and make money. Another thing Matthew or Mark can do is do newspaper runs and get money for that. Those are some reasons on how to the Garners will get money and eat.
In order for Luke and his family to make money the need to make some changes. The first change that they need to make is send Matthew and Mark to work and drop out of school. Possibly the second change they need to make is to cut back and eat less food. The third change that maybe they need to make is to make Matthew or Mark famous somehow. Those are my ideas to increase their income again.
I think the family should grow more crops. The Garner should give Luke to relatives so he can show himself. They should move so Luke can go outside again. Also, they can have pigs and hogs again.
I think that Luke’s family will have to each have to get new jobs. They will also have to work much harder on the crops. Mark and Matthew will also have to get jobs. I think that they will also have to have to sell some of their things. THat is what I think luke’s family will do to make up for the loss of the pigs.
I think if the Garners sell the hogs they will get money. Also if they of toys from Luke’s room that he doesn’t use and are too small for him, they can sell them and they get money. Mark or Matthew could get a job. Mother could also bake some things and sell them.
The Garners have lost their hogs. So i think that they will have to grow more crops that they can get more money off of. I also think that they will have to have the boys [not Luke though] work more. Also they will have to have mother go to work in town. I also think that they will not buy nice clothes. And gourmet food at the store. .
I predict that for Luke’s family will plant corn or grain to recover some income for the farm.The only problem with that is they would have to buy the seeds to plant. I also think that they might get different animals that they would sell instead of the hogs. If they plant and harvest some grain or corn and sell some other animals they would probably get enough income to support the farm. They would get enough income from the corn,grain and maybe other animals to feed them and feed their family.
I think the Garners will use the money they get from the hogs to move out to the country so they won’t be bothered that much from the government, then buy more hogs. Also Luke won’t be seen as easily as he could be living close to other people.
I think the Garners will give Luke’s family some food. Help them get some money to get the hogs back. Maybe Luke’s dad will get a new job. To get the hogs back. The Garnes will ask the government to let the the hogs
I think the Garners are going to sell their hogs and not have anymore hogs so they have to find another way to get money. The 1st thing they might do is their dad, Mark and Matthew are going to get a job. The 2nd thing they might do is keep as much corn as they need and sell the rest. The 3rd thing they might do is selling toys and shirts that are too small. The 4th thing they might do is Matthew and Mark will help neighbors like mowing lawn. The 5th thing they might do is Luke’s mom will plant a garden and keep what they need and sell the rest.
I predict that the Garner family might grow grain and foods to cell. But the only thing that I haven’t figured out is we’re will they plant crops?
This question I have been thinking as soon as I head the Garner family couldn’t have their hogs. I can’t think of any other way they can make money, so there is my prediction.
In order for Luke’s family to get money. Matthew and Mark drop out of school so that they can help on the farm. Mother can start to work at a store. That is my prediction for the novel.
I think the family is going to find a job to go to. Luke’s dad should sell some of their corn and they
Will make some money. They should have some cattle and sell milk and make money. I think
They should get some chickens and sell some agg’s
I think they will wait and buy cows after they sell the hogs.
Also, I think they will all get a job.
Then if they all get jobs, then Luke will get left at home Alone. They will not be able to feed him or give him water.
I think Luke die in chapter 15 that’s my prediction.
